Pizza and Pictures at Carini Italian Restaurant in Cary, NC

While picking up some very tasty pizzas the other day at Carini Italian Restaurant in Cary, I was approached by the owner regarding taking some photos of their delicious food for a new menu. Of course I accepted the challenge, I LOVE Italian food and they have the best pizza around! I could easily live on pizza and pasta for all three meals!

I have never actually done a commercial photo session where the subject is only food, so I was not exactly sure of the outcome, but I think for my first shot at food photography, it went pretty great. I ended up with a little photo booth station in the back of the kitchen where they brought out at least 40+ dishes one right after another. The staff was so great and the chef has a true talent. He makes the food delicious to look at and to eat! I was starved by the end of the 2 hour session, my growling stomach increased in volume after every dish they brought to me.
