We were fortunate enough to be able to photograph their rehearsal and rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding and it was such a great opportunity to get to know the wedding party and guests in a more casual environment... outside of the wedding day chaos! ;-) It is funny that I am truly late for just about everything, you can ask my parents... they give me a different time then the rest of the family because they know that I will show up late! Yet when it comes to a wedding, I have to be there hours early so I can get my game face on. This wedding suited my need to be early because we stayed overnight in Henderson and was up and out the door by 8:30am... I was a happy camper! ;-) So not to worry brides... on the wedding... you can count on me being early!
The only hitch during this wonderful wedding weekend was that I ended up with a very high fever during the rehearsal dinner and slept/dosed in the bath tub at the hotel for most of the night... I know your asking why the bath tub? Because it was a hard, cold surface and seemed like a good idea at the time. I pretty much went through the wedding day alternating between IBP and Theraflu that pushed me through the day and night. Thankfully it was just a sinus infection, not the flu... so I did not have the cooties!
I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and working with Meredith and Kevin and wish them all the happiness they deserve!
My fav of Meredith! She, the dress, the location was beautiful!
Loving the 85mm 1.2!!!
I love these bridesmaid dresses!!!
Another fave of mine! This was the first time we used the shooting into the off-camera flash technique... I love, love, love the results! So much fun to play with!
