When my good friend that I have known now for a while asked me to come to the hospital and take some "birthing" photos (the before and after... not during) of her delivery of sweet baby Elliott, I was so excited to be invited to such an intimate and glorious time in a families life.
I had always felt that being allowed to capture a couples commitment to each other at their wedding was the ultimate experience. Although it is still a wonderful experience that I feel privileged to be a apart of, there aren't words to describe being invited into such a truly special moment between a family.
You always hear the words "life is a miracle", well it is a miracle, one tiny, sweet bundle of a miracle. Seeing the total admiration and love this family had for their sweet baby Elliott within minutes of joining this world can bring any grown machismo man to tears! ;-)
Thank you Jen and Blake for letting me be apart of such a magical time in your lives!

Sweet baby Elliott only minutes old! Born August 30th at 7:39pm. He weighed in at 8lbs and was 20" in length!
